In the case of damaged or defective products, The Lighting Warehouse will arrange collection free of charge. The Lighting Warehouse must be notified by the customer within 7 days of delivery.

Changed your mind?

In the case of buyers remorse or unwanted items, The Lighting Warehouse will arrange collection from the customer and will attract a charge of R99.

WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing The Lighting Warehouse for your lighting needs. We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer the following warranty:

Our indoor and outdoor light fittings, LED globes, switches, plugs and ceiling fans carry a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use or care of the product, or natural wear and tear. Additionally, this warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
