Not the best experience I had with a company. First I receive a broken item. Then when trying to report the broken item the QR code doesn’t work, phoned in only to hear that I must send an email then why tell people you have three ways to report a broken item if there is only one way. Then there is a delay when reporting the broken item for an answer. When someone finally answered the person never even apologized but was curt. Lastly I try the online chat to try and find out when the replacement item will arrive only to be queue position 1 for half an hour so that is obviously also not working. In these uncertain times and tough business times you need to give the best client service and this was never done here. I’m very unhappy with the service I received and only want my replacement item so that I don’t have to use this company again.
