There was no communication about my delivery which was terribly frustrating. I didn’t receive a call, email or sms till I reached out to the help desk. The zendesk was very accommodating but also gave me incorrect information such as the time of my delivery and whether or not a bulb was included with my lamp. I was told by delivery would come between 1-2 and it only came at 5:30. I was told there was a bulb included with my lamp so I didn’t buy one only to get the lamp and find out there wasn’t one included. At that point it was too late to go out and buy one because all stores were closed. The experience was really terrible and I don’t think I’m going to shop here again.
